Hosui
Large to medium fruit with a crisp, juicy off-white flesh. Skin has
an excellent golden brown russeting. Tree is large to medium-size, weeping with spreading growth. Productive with a late season harvest. Storage life is approximately two months.

Shinko
Medium to large size, oval, brownish-green fruit with russeted skin often with an attractive reddish tinge. The flesh is firm, crisp, yellowish-white, apple like with a rich, sweet, distinctive flavor. A very good quality late fruit with very good storage life. Tree is medium to small, precocious, annual bearer. Pollinate with Chojuro, Twentieth Century, Bartlett, Kikusui or Hosui. Harvest early to mid September.

 

Twentieth Century
A mid-season variety. Harvest mid to late August. Fruit is medium size, with greenish-yellow skin. Flesh is white, firm, crisp, very juicy and sweet, but slightly tart. The tree is medium size, vigorous, medium upright, spreading dense and productive. Partially self-fertile, pollinate with Shinseiki, Hosui, Chojuro, Bartlett, Yali or Tsu Li.
