Paul has been in the Ag industry for 20 years. In 2000, he graduated California State University, Chico with a major in Ag Science and a minor in Business Administration.  He then started his career working at Helena and Wilbur Ellis as a Sales Manager, which has given him the ability to learn about problems farmers face with their crops.  He is also a certified pest control advisor. Paul resides in Chico.

Josh has been a field representative for Sierra Gold since 1996. He started at Sierra Gold soon after graduating from Fresno Pacific University with a Marketing & Economics degree. There he played 3 years of College Basketball. His experience in farming Almond, Cherry, Walnut, and Pistachio trees has given him the ability to understand what his customers go through in developing their orchard investment strategies. Josh and his family currently reside on a cherry farm in Visalia, CA.

Bob has 40 years of experience as a Field Representative. He stays busy working with growers to help plan for new orchard developments, delivering tree orders and inspecting new plantings. Bob has vast experience with Almonds, Walnuts, Cling Peaches and Prunes. 

Matthew has been involved in all aspects of the nursery business. He graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2002 with a major in Agribusiness and Plant Protection Science. He then started his career at a grapevine nursery prior to joining the Sierra Gold team in 2012. When he’s not busy assisting clients in the South Valley, he farms his own almond and pistachio orchards in Kern County. Having first-hand knowledge of the day to day farming decisions enables Matthew and the nursery to have a great understanding of the challenges faced by our Growers on a daily basis.

Randy's role as a Sierra Gold Field Representative has him calling on orchardists throughout the northern San Joaquin Valley. He started Sierra Gold in 2009 with a unique resume of experience. Randy graduated from Stanford University where he played college football. He later played quarterback in the NFL for the Carolina Panthers and Buffalo Bills. Following football, Randy was a police officer in Visalia and Roseville. As a Field Representative in the northern San Joaquin Valley territory, he specializes in Almond, Walnut, Pistachio and Cherry trees.
